Dave Bigham. Jr.- Certified CREIA Inspector; has been trained and certified by the California Real Estate Inspectors Association (CREIA) and by the American Society of Home Inspectors' (ASHI) School. Dave is also a Fire Safety Inspector, certified by the National Association of Fire and Safety Training (NIFAST) as well as the International Code Council (ICC), He holds a Masters Degree from Golden Gate University and has over 25 years of experience in analysis and evaluation.  A U.S Navy Veteran he served as an In-Flight Evaluator and locally a city firefighter. A firm believer in community service, Dave is a a former board member of the Monterey Bay Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.  Born at Fort Ord and raised in Salinas, he has lived around the globe.  He returned to Salinas in the 1990’s and continues to make it his home.

Chuck Hague - Certified Professional Inspector; is credentialed by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (Inter-NACHI) and is a member of the International Code Council (ICC).  He has 15 years experience in the insurance industry working for AAA Insurance, where he focused primarily on homeowner risk and property assessment.  Additionally, he has been noted for his training of other Inspectors as well as his experience with High Value Homes.   Chuck was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and did his advanced studies in Industrial Art. During his upbringing he worked closely with his father  & brothers gaining knowledge of general construction. Today his family continues to be actively involved in the building trade.  Chuck relocated to the Monterey Bay Area in 1990 and continues to make this his home.
