Felt good about the inspection. The Inspector was pleasant and friendly. I had my report complete within 1 day. No hidden charges or up sale that seemed to be case with the other national company I called. Very Happy.

We used them for a pre-sale inspection of our house. Chuck was great. On time (I was the late one) and very thorough. Walked me through the results. Very pleased.

From the start this was a great experience. Appreciated the fact that their website was so informative and allowed me to familiarize myself before deciding to schedule. Our Inspector, Dave was knowledgable and patient with us. Answered all questions and provided us with a detailed photo report within two days. The reason for an 8 out of 10 is because I don't believe anyone including myself should assume they're a 10. We should always strive to be better. On that note... this is a great company and without question reccommend them to anyone looking for a inspection.

We were very impressed with the through inspection, a professional report and the referals for handyman, garage door, etc. was so helpful and very much appreciated! Couldn't improve a thing.
I really can't think of any areas for improvement. The report was clear and concise and any questions had been already answered during our walk thru at the end of the inspection. Since our office requires documentation regarding retrofitting of the property I appreciated the supplemental report that I received so quickly.
